Someone requested that I explain how to use sendspace to another user so they could upload a mix. I figured it would be most beneficial to all to do this in the forums, so here goes:
1. Put all of the songs on your mix into one folder on your hard drive, with the name of the mix as the name of the folder.
***PLEASE make sure you rename all of the files with the track number (leading 0 if single digit), artist and song name so it stays in order, like so (or similar): 01 Artist - Song.mp3***
2. Use winzip (www.winzip.com) or Winrar (rarlabs.com) to compress the folder. If you have either of these installed you should be able to simply right-click the folder and choose "add to mixname.zip". This will create a .zip file with your mix in it.
3. Go to www.sendspace.com and upload your mix. This part should be pretty self-explanatory.. just click browse, find your mix, check the checkbox, and click upload.
4. When the mix is uploaded, sendspace will give you a link. Copy this link and paste it in the comments of your mix, or wherever you want to put it.

It should be noted that sendspace only allows for downloading of file for 7 days.

yeah, i know it only stays up 7 days.. the problem with every other site (yousendit, etc.) isnt actually with the other sites, its with this site. Sendspace is the only service that seems to have short enough links that they dont get broken when you post them in comments here. I usually just re-upload my files once or twice to allow everyone to get them.
