I've been going through a lot of doubts about journalism, is it this that I what etc., and I can't stress out enough how much I hope journalism won't let me down mid-way through the course or anything.

Oh no no, most definitely not a new boy to play with. This one's a friend, and, even though being a Myspace friend in the first place, a really nice one that I can enjoy the same movies and taste in music with. Besides he's a uni student and almost 24.

Yeah, I think I know what you're saying about life after high school/college (college is more accurate, I think) being more fun, I'll probably get used to the idea soon enough. Right now though I just plan on getting by semester in and semester out.

Hey, bdo this friday, i cant believe how fast it has crept up! I still have no plans for whats happening on t he day, but i'll definitely come see Belles Will Ring. I was looking at what u were saying to sledgbrain. I would definitely recommend dr octagon if you are at all remotely fond of rap even tho he is so much more then rap. I will probably be seeing dr octagon instead of rage, or leaving half way through rage. I was actually thinking of going to his sideshow on Tuesday but i dont know yet

The weekend went down all right. I didn't get wasted, and I stayed in Saturday, which wasn't the plan, but I managed to hook up with the greatest guy ever on Friday and we went to see The Darjeeling Limited (oh my god, I love Wes Anderson, and so does he).

Uni break til the end of Feb sounds fab. My holidays ended on 7 January, but the next one (Winter break) is only a month from happening. You're looking forward to getting out of uni? I'm shitting myself every time I have to think about what I wanna do after high school, even though I know it's uni for me too... Guess I like it here, at least I feel somewhat safe.

Yeah, I dont think its your thing. Especially if the two guys thatmade the first album good arent there. This years Big Day Out seems kinda lacking in overall quality. The last couple years I remember wishing I could go to that festivasl instead of Coachella. There is Battles and Bjork though,so. I want to see

Unkle might be cool to check out too. DJ Shadow did a lot of stuff on the first album. I havent heard any of their stuff since though.

Dr Octagon is the alias for a rapper named Kool Keith. He is weird. The album was a concept album mainly about a pretty twisted gynecologist. The beats were done by DJ SHADOW when he was good and Dan The Automator who is rad almost always. It looks like at the show its just Kool Keith under the name Dr. Octagon, so who knows what the hell that would be like.
