seems like this is just what happens in society, at least in western cultures. maybe it's time to start a new movement, or to simply ignore what masses of people do. movements are good when they're fresh and revolutionary. even great bands tend to suck after a while. i think we should be nice to indie kids (but still drop rocks in their path). kindness is revolutionary (citation needed), and will be for all time. for certain.

I knew DLR was a push, but that is a good song by him and it is kinda funky. It shows a funny side at least. The dude tried realllllll hard to fill the shoes of Howard Stern at his radio show when Stern went Sat. But he couldn't. He has bad hair and a limp dick, I am sure. But the dude WAS on top of the world circa '84-87.
