i smoked for fifteen & when i quit, i just QUIT. i smoked american spirits for ten years & so i don't think i was addicted to much other than habit & nicotine (no formaldehyde or arsenic withdrawal for me). but i switched to lights for a month, then ultra lights for a month ... then i only let myself have a pack a week & by then i couldn't see the point in continuing. the only time i ever want a smoke now is when i'm out boozing it up. mostly though i forget i ever smoked at all & people who smoke & then come near me smell so bad it makes me gag.

How'd you quit? I wanna know the secrets and tools to help me stop. I've been smoking for like five years know.
