I lived in Medford/Jacksonville when I was pretty young, but other than that, I haven't really seen much of the southern portion of the state. I have been meaning to though... plus I MUST see the Vortex. Even if it's lame.

Wow.. now I am uber jealous. I would love to travel to Italy. But there are spots on the Oregon coast that look just like that. My favorite is Yachatts, Oregon. Ashland, Oregon is the sister city to Alba, Italy. They say they are similar in looks, atmosphere and climate. Have you ever been to Southern Oregon? It is soooo pretty. Just like the women!

If you're referring to the album art of that mix, that was actually taken in the Italian Riviera. Hehe, there's no way the Oregon Coast is THAT amazing, and I love the coast.

Yes, the mix was a bit of a waste of time. But the good news is, I am getting better at cover art! haha.

True, but MTV isn't exactly ABOUT the music anymore. It's the branding of the music, and that's how the corporation and society along with it have transitioned. Sometimes MTV2 is decent, but the cable and satellite stations (Fuse, IMF) do a much better job. Everyone time I go somewhere that has Dish Network, I'm all over IMF. That thing is love, pure and simple.

I hate MTV because they actually HAD a great thing when they first started. It all started going down hill with Remote Control in 1989 and then came Grind and Road Rules. I mean.. what happened to playing effin videos? Gar...
