I've been thinking about moving up there, 'cause (like I already said) it's big enough to be fun, but still a fairly medium-sized city. And it's really pretty in the fall and spring, and I love cities with rivers through them.

it's definitely nice up here. i moved from ashland about 6 months ago and it's a nice change of pace...

I love meeting people that live in Portland, 'cause it's a pretty decent sized city, compared to good ol' Medford, but it's still small enough that you can run into people when you're just wandering around town.
I was there last weekend and saw three people I knew from Medford in Safeway and Red Light District. It was funny.
