I'm talking about sending physical mixtapes of songs from your collection, not sending files over the internet. I don't think that any authorities are going to arrest anyone for making an analog recording of analog source (vinyl in my case) that you paid money for in the first place. They stopped fighting the mixtape battle many eons ago, and are now cracking down on digital filesharing, which is not what I'm talking about.
