I don;t know them. But I'll check them out. Song 13 on the new Air album is a duet with Charlotte Gainsbourg (his daughter) and Jarvis Cocker. You might check that one out as well.

You really cant go wrong with Serge's Jane Birkin album. I guess by the "dub" one you mean the reggae album Aux Armes Et Caetera, which is another of my favorites. Initials B.B. great late 60's French pop. Vu de l'extérieur is good as well.
So I think I would get them in that order. If you want early cool jazz in a smoky Paris club, go for Couleur Cafe.

A friend gave me Histore de Nelson by Gainsborough. I have Jazz de Fleur. And the dub one. Any other recommendations?
