The flash of the explosion was so bright that it seared peoples' shadows onto walls as they walked down the sidewalk, immortalizing their last steps even after their physical bodies were erased. 	The Beach Boys were my first musical obsession, years and years ago when I was in elementary school. Then, and even to this day, this song can tear me up more than any other ever written. Though I never had an abusive, alcoholic grandfather, I can still relate to this song on so many levels. A truly amazing moment in pop music. SHOW MORE
