Description: This one is dedicated to all the dead profiles that clog up Mixspace. Why did they leave? Why have they not come back?
I took all the music from their various profiles in the order I found them while hitting "random profile". Every one can be found on the credited user's "favourite artists" list which I included in thier obituary.
I actually had a problem finding ones that were all 174 (or however many days) since the last login, so they're just random dead profiles.

Description: So this idea for a mixtape had been bubbling/simmering in my head for a while now and I realised it would only work in the context of an actual mix
The idea was to create a tape which told a story through a set of songs and that the artist and track names wouldn't be listed but rather their relavence to the story. So really to make a soundtrack for a certain scene or something. Pretentious I know, but very fun. This one is to depict a storm gathering and then settling.
Anyway, when Alice agreed to trade with me, and I realised my days are never produtive, I figured... let's get it on, this track listing is more for Alice's benefit (allthough I hope she listened to it before looking at this!) and to sort of share it with the rest of you

Description: Contest 3 tape comin' atcha.
I wasn't really sure how to go about this atall, so I decided I'll go with songs that have titles that I can sort of interpret as having some personal relevance to my memories of school, or something, while also making something that is fun to listen to... hopefully

Please don't rate this mixtape on the tracks it contains, but understand that these songs all have an enourmous signifigance for me in how they changed the way I thought about music and in a way, how I go about my life in general. These are the songs that birthed my love for hearing new sounds, the songs that birthed my love with DIY ethics, the songs that made me shrug off the people that dragged me down and made me take control of myself and be independant. Here are the songs that birthed my love with music in so many forms, and made me who I am today.
