Before you begin- heat the oven to 375- bake---cut the top end of the pepper off with stem. Remove seeds and membrane of pepper. Chop remaining bell pepper and mixx with other ingredients in a 2qt sauce pan. simmer and let reduce five minutes after boiling point. Wash the peppers out and fill them with the mixx. Place the peppers in the oven covered with tinfoil for 25 mins. During this song placate the hippie with conversation about the "best" pink floyd lead singers.
