This started out as a trip-hop mix, but became something else when I realized I didn't have enough of that particular genre on my computer. Instead it has branched into a variety of other, similar kinds of music, while still keeping the desired mood.
I suppose the purpose of this mix is to have something pretty tripped-out to play in the background while you chill, but that's just how I use it.

tracklist

1 The Avalanches : Frontier Psychiatry
This is a great medley of sound clips put to extremely humorous effect. The beat is driving, the concept is fun, it is just overall enjoyable.

5 Chemical Brothers : Setting Sun
A literal re-working of the Beatles' "Tomorrow Never Knows." Bombastic, but pop at the same time. I'm not a big fan of Oasis, but I'll be damned if Noel Gallagher doesn't deliver a mighty fine vocal line here.

I love this mix! It is great music to just listen to while lounging. Great job, Eraserhead! You should sendspace this so I don't have to acquire the few songs I don't have. I'm lazy like that...
