I'm guessing something witty and clever should go here. Maybe later...

I am in an instrumental band, and I love instrumental music. Music with no words seems to convey so much more emotion and energy than the normal song that relies on the verse and chorus. Some contain intricate minimalism, others are filled with mind blowing experimental noise. Regardless of the intentions: Music made is music felt.

This mixtape came a little quick compared to the others, but this was the first one I actually started to plot out. It's a mixtape for those gloomy days where you just sit in your room. Lay on your bed. Read, etc...
Embrace the melancholy days or nostalgia and know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You're not alone in your thoughts.

I like to name mixtapes after a lyric found in a song on the mixtape. Most of the time it's within the first song. Such is the case with this one.
I really do not like growling metal bands that everybody seems so fond of. They bore me with their repetitive breakdowns. Without being genre specific this is a mixtape of loud intense bands that will make any kid walking through Hot Topic cry out to his or her mommy.
